Why are you closed 3 days a week? We believe in our employees' well being, and we also want to offer our clients evening appointments. This allows for 3 days of rest to relieve repetitive stress on our bodies. It also gives you, the client, after work choices to free up your weekends.

How do I reserve an appointment? We prefer that you call and speak to us directly or leave a message. For those returning clients online booking is a great option. Please refrain from using 3rd party sites (including social media and review sites) to reach us.

Bulldogs are often on site. Although they are tucked away in their own "office" - they tend to be the main attraction. It sets us apart. If it is something that will bother you, we cannot promise that they will not be present. We are animal lovers.

Why are your prices high? Actually they aren't! Comparatively speaking we are the average, but with above average results! We are continually upgrading our skills to offer the best value, and the best results. You will be consistently happy.

Bang/Fringe Trims: We offer one complimentary bang trim in between haircut appointments. Otherwise, there is a $10 charge.

Why do I have to give my credit card for Online Booking? This is a feature, of the software, to prevent spammers from booking false appointments which could result in you not receiving your preferred appointment time.

Why do you close for a week in August & January? It's healthy to take a holiday, and closing the salon the same weeks each year has become a tradition that our clients understand and expect. It's easy this way, and most clients prefer booking their appointments in advance, regardless of holiday closures. This also ensures that both your favourite stylist, and your favourite colourist are always present together for your services.

You don't seem to mind when I try someone new? Nope - we don't! In fact, we love when you give us all a try. We are not a commissioned-based salon in any way. Teamwork and individuality are cultivated here.

No shopping bags? We have them upon request, but if you can, please bring your own, or go without. Every little bit can help our Earth.

Perms, smoothers, and extensions are booked after a consultation. We need to assess your hair, in person, before scheduling these services.

Allergies can develop at any time. If you begin to experience discomfort during any of our services, please let us know. All services are always at your own risk. If you develop sensitivities we will try our best to find a solution. Always speak to your doctor to determine whether it is safe for you to continue. We care about you!

Slippers in the Winter. During the months (weeks if we're lucky) our parking lot is salted for safety, we require everyone to remove footwear if you are entering the salon past the reception area. We provide freshly laundered slippers, or feel free to bring your own indoor shoes/ slippers. Most people love the coziness!

Mobile services. We do not offer in-home services at this time.
